The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) supports both the foreign expansion of Polish business and the inflow of FDI into Poland. We also aim to boost Polish exports. Supporting entrepreneurs, the Agency assists in overcoming administrative and legal procedures, related to specific projects as well as helps to develop legal solutions, find a suitable location, reliable partners, and suppliers.

In order to offer direct assistance to Polish business abroad, PAIH has established a network of support all over the world - PAIH Foreign Trade Offices (ZBH). The global network of Agency’s offices is, responsible for providing support for Polish exporters and investors who are looking for new opportunities overseas. PAIH Foreign Trade Offices are focused on distant markets of rapid growth, that represent the greatest potential for Polish companies. Our representatives in these offices have been trained to attract foreign investors and assist them in their ambition to set up their business in Poland.

Your tasks:

  • supporting Polish entrepreneurs, especially in the sector of innovative companies on the local market, including active searching for and acquisition of potential business partners and providing information on the conditions of access to the market
  • active searching for and acquisition of potential business partners
  • preparation of industry reports and presentations on the Swedish market
  • conducting analysis and research of the local market, in particular monitoring trends and market entry barriers
  • organizing and participating in fairs and promotional events, economic missions, B2B meetings, etc.
  • informing business entities about the conditions of investing in Poland
  • preparing and updating information on the Polish export offer
  • preparing and publishing material, newsletters, publications on websites and social media
  • media monitoring in terms of economic information relevant to bilateral relation
  • supporting the Trade Office’s Manager and the team in other matters related to the office's activities on the local market

Our expactations:

  • University degree in international trade, business development, marketing or related subjects and preferably a min. of 1 year of professional experience in business development, market analysis, sales, or marketing
  • advanced knowledge of English and Polish (min. C1)
  • communicative level of Swedish will be an advantage
  • very good knowledge of MS Office 
  • experience in working with CRM
  • experience in working in an international environment
  • political and economic knowledge of Sweden
  • readiness to go on business trips 
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • a strong sense of responsibility and ability to set priorities
  • customer service skills, including cold calling and cold mailing
  • a can-do attitude, initiative in creating new solutions and projects
