Tarnobrzeg EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN


Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone "EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN" In accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on supporting new investments, which changes the principles of SEZ operations in Poland, and following the Regulation of the Minister of Enterprise and Technology of 29 August 2018 regarding the determination of areas and their assignment to managers in Poland, the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone covers the following regions:

  • Lubelskie Province - 16 poviats (counties) and 3 cities with poviat rights,
  • Masovia Province - 8 poviats and 2 cities with poviat rights,
  • Podkarpackie Province - 4 poviats and 2 cities with poviat rights

TSEZ EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN includes:
  • tax exemption available in the entire area,
  • new criteria for obtaining concessions supporting underfinanced regions,
  • the largest public aid, up to 70%,
  • tax exemption  for a period of 10, 12 or 15 years - a guarantee of successful investment development, after obtaining a decision on support,
  • more available investment opportunities for micro and small enterprises adapted to their individual needs,
  • faster issuance of decisions on support.

So far, following the new act, 387 permits for running business were granted in the TSEZ EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN. Investors have created over 16,135 new jobs and guaranteed the maintenance of 7379 workplaces. Capital expenditures in the Zone exceeded PLN 8.71 billion.

Since the introduction of the new act:

  • TSEZ EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN has issued 20 support decisions.
  • Declared expenditure is PLN 237 million.
  • Investors will create 214 new jobs.
