The TSEZ EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN was established in 1997 in order to make maximum use of human and infrastructural resources in the liquidated production plants. It successfully completed the task set for it - the Zone granted 566 permits to conduct business activity and decisions on support for new investors. Today, it covers the area of 3 Voivodeships: Podkarpackie, Lubelskie and Mazowieckie within 28 districts and 7 cities with county rights.

Advantages and successes of the Tarnobrzeg SEZ:
  • a wide range of developed investment areas (plots from 0.5 to 100 ha),
  • a package of tax privileges and incentives at the highest level in the country,
  • professionalism, experience and assistance of the zone's employees at every stage of the investment,
  • very good cooperation with local government units, business support institutions, road managers and utility operators,
  • possibility of renting or buying factory buildings, renting modern office space,
  • the possibility of obtaining funds for development - loans, credits, leasing, factoring,
  • construction of new production and warehouses for potential investors with administrative and office facilities - nearly 56,000 m2 has been completed and put into use,
  • development of industrial and technological parks as part of the support of modern technologies,
  • own proprietary programs supporting vocational schools and universities - Wisłosan Young Staff Academy, a package of training workshops for investors, numerous projects as part of corporate social responsibility.

  • Total employment in the Zone: nearly 37 thousand jobs created
