Management Board

The Polish Investment and Trade Agency Management Board consists of the following members:

Artur Osuchowski
President of the Management Board

Artur Osuchowski is an experienced executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in international industrial groups. From 2008 to 2019, he served as a member of the Management Board of Ciech S.A., where he was responsible for key development initiatives and sales, significantly contributing to the company’s growth in value and profitability.

Between 2021 and 2024, he was a member of the Management Board at Ege Kimya Poland, where he led the development of electromobility-related projects. Subsequently, from 2024 to 2025, he served on the Management Board of ORLEN S.A., overseeing energy transition and sustainability.

He has also gained professional experience in banking and consulting at Raiffeisen Bank Poland, EY, and KPMG, where he participated in projects for energy and industrial companies across Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Osuchowski has served on the supervisory boards of several companies, including Asseco Business Solutions S.A., Develia S.A., PolTREG, Mediacap S.A., and Benefit Systems S.A.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has received scholarships from prestigious institutions such as the German Marshall Fund, the ZEIT Foundation, the American Council on Germany, and the Dreager Foundation.

Dagmara Zawadzka
Vice President of the Management Board

Dagmara Zawadzka has over 25 years of professional experience in finance.

Until 2011, she worked in financial advisory, including at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she delivered numerous projects in the areas of financial advisory, including initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investment project evaluation. In the following years, she joined the PKN Orlen Group, where she was responsible for the implementation of strategic projects. Between 2015 and 2016, and again in 2024-2025, she worked at PKP Intercity, where she headed the Finance Division. She also worked at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), serving as a member of the Bank’s Credit Committee before becoming Head of BGK’s Representative Office in London. In 2020-2021, she managed projects related to the airport surroundings at the Central Transport Hub (CPK). She also has extensive experience serving on supervisory boards and audit committees.

Dagmara Zawadzka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the Aarhus School of Business. She was also awarded a scholarship at California Polytechnic University and completed postgraduate studies in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at the Warsaw School of Economics. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
