The Science and Technology Park “Świerk” has been successfully combining the worlds of science and business from 2015, supporting innovative entrepreneurship in the region. This unique place on the map of Mazovia and its base of innovative companies was established as an organizational unit of the National Centre for Nuclear Research (NCBJ). We are here to strengthen the competitiveness of the region's enterprises by using the results of scientific research and to successfully commercialize innovations.
The Park is home to modern enterprises from high-tech industries that see their path to business success in innovation and cooperation with scientists. We support them through:
- organizing research and development work;
- support in the technology transfer process;
- rental of office, warehouse and laboratory space;
- inclusion in national and international projects;
- promotion of solutions in Poland and abroad;
- facilitating cooperation with BIG SCIENCE institutions such as: CERN, F4E, ITER, XFEL.
PNT's services can be used by companies of all sizes - startups, SMEs and large corporations. The quality of our support is proven by the status of an accredited Business Environment Institution with the profile of an Innovation Centre, which was granted to us in November 2022 by the Marshal's Office of the Masovian Voivodeship.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the offer of renting space in the Świerk Science and Technology Park in Otwock, near Warsaw. The advantage of our location is a large number of free parking spaces, 24/7 security and 24/7 access for tenants. Busses for employees from Warsaw and the surrounding area. The monthly rental rate depends on the size of the rented space.

We mediate in science-business cooperation and help in preparing national and international project applications.
