Management Board

In the years 2007-2010, Andrzej Dycha was Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and in the years 2011-2015 Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy. From 2015 to 2017, he was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Andrzej Dycha is an advisor with many years of experience, in, among others, the European Parliament and the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. A graduate of the University of Szczecin.

Magdalena Skarżyńska has been associated with PAIH since 2021, serving as Deputy Director of the Security and Audit Department. She, among other, gained her professional experience at the National Institute of Telecommunications, the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of Administration and Digitization, the Polish Power Exchange S.A. She graduated from the University of International Relations and American Studies.

Łukasz Gwiazdowski has worked for over twenty years in managerial positions in companies in the consumer electronics and heating industry. From 2009, he managed sales as Commercial Director at INDESIT Company. After the company was acquired by Whirlpool Corporation, he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer. From September 2016, Łukasz was the General Director at Candy Hoover, and then from 2017 the Managing Director and Chairman of the Management Board at VAILLANT SAUNIER DUVAL Sp. z o.o.

Paweł Pudłowski is a manager with experience in the energy sector in gas and liquid fuel companies. He held managerial positions in the world's largest corporations and Polish state-owned companies. From 1994 to 2008, he worked for BP, for some time, in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Turkey, India and Germany. He was the Development Director of the exploration and production department of Marathon Oil Corporation, as well as the Deputy Chairman of LOT the Polish Airlines Group.

In the years 2015-2019, Member of the Sejm (Polish Parliament), where he held the following positions, Chairman of the Committee on Digitization, Innovation and New Technologies, member of the Committee on Economy and Development and the Committee on National Defence, Chairman of the Parliamentary Team of SMEs, Deputy Chairman of five bilateral groups: Polish-Australian, -British, -Chinese, -Mexican and -USA.

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics (Summa Laude), a scholarship holder of the TEMPUS program (Great Britain), gained a PhD from the AGH University, he obtained the title of Six Sigma Master Black Belt, completed business courses at: Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Ashridge.
