In the years 2007-2010, Andrzej Dycha was Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and in the years 2011-2015 Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy. From 2015 to 2017, he was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Andrzej Dycha is an advisor with many years of experience, in, among others, the European Parliament and the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. A graduate of the University of Szczecin.

Magdalena Skarżyńska has been associated with PAIH since 2021, serving as Deputy Director of the Security and Audit Department. She, among other, gained her professional experience at the National Institute of Telecommunications, the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of Administration and Digitization, the Polish Power Exchange S.A. She graduated from the University of International Relations and American Studies.
