The Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN was established in 1997 until 31st of December 2026r. It is a dispersed Zone, located in 22 subzones with individual investment areas. The total area of the Zone amounts to 1 868.20 ha.

  8. Przemyśl - 115.37 ha
  9. Tomaszów Lubelski - 10.56 ha
  10. Janów Lubelski - 36,41 ha
  11. Siedlce - 65.40 ha
  12. Łuków - 40.49 ha
  13. Węgrów - 29.33 ha
  14. Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą - 15.13 ha
  15. Kraśnik - 23.48 ha
  16. Przasnysz - 55.07 ha
  17. Horodło - 5.30 ha
  18. Ryki - 4.45 ha
  19. Łapy - 24.15 ha
  20. Mińsk Mazowiecki - 5.78 ha
  21. Opatów - 5.76 ha
  22. Białobrzegi - 11.81 ha

At the moment TSEZ offers 512.14 ha of available "green field" land prepared for potential investors with several dozen production halls and office buildings. TSEZ offers investors public aid in the form of tax exemptions even covering up to 70% of total investment outlays. TSEZ regulations are in full compliance with the EU regulations and the Zone offers prices, which are the lowest in Poland and still are available for further negotiations.

To the date, TSEZ has granted 349 permits for business activity. The investors have created over 17 972 jobs and invested more then PLN 9.02 billion.
