GreenEvo Laureates’ Mission to New Zealand

On the 10-15th September, a business mission to New Zealand, coordinated by PAIH's Foreign Trade Office in Sydney, took place.
A group of eight Polish companies – winners of the 10th edition of the GreenEvo programme – presented new, ecological technologies in areas such as energy saving, waste management as well as, solutions in the agricultural and construction sectors.
During the week-long mission, companies had the opportunity to present their solutions as part of conferences and workshops organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. The participants also took part in meetings with representatives of local businesses, the world of science and State administration.
The mission confirmed great interest in Polish solutions and the implementation potential of Polish technologies. Most companies are already planning pilot projects in New Zealand. New opportunities for strengthening trade and investment cooperation with this country are both Horizon Europe – the framework programme for research and innovation implemented in 2021-2027 by the European Union, as well as the free trade agreement signed this year between New Zealand and the European Union.
