Poland. Business Forward - under this slogan, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency will promote to the world the domestic economy as a brand. Behind Poland’s high business rating lies three decades of unprecedented economic growth on a global scale and a number of competitive advantages. PAIH intends to promote Polish business even more strongly, meeting the expectations of numerous companies interested in global expansion.

The slogan was presented during the recent PAIH Business Forum by the Chairman of the Management Board Krzysztof Drynda. It is an idea that brings together the assumptions of the new strategy announced by the Agency. Its key element is the promotion of the Polish economy, which especially in recent years, has become a very strong brand among its business partners around the world.

We want to make this slogan a driving force for action, a source of development and new energy. In summing up PAIH’s strategy in just three words, we would like to convey a clear and decisive message: your business will develop with us – said Chairman Krzysztof Drynda and adds – At every step we will remind everyone that thanks to cooperation it is possible to achieve success. It is guaranteed by common aspirations and clear goals of both entrepreneurs and support institutions such as PAIH.

Strategic advantages

Poland is perceived as an attractive direction for creating business connections for several reasons. These are not only such factors as the stable growth of the economy for the last 30 years or our excellent location, at the intersection of European transport routes and extensive transport infrastructure. For choosing Poland there are additional arguments, such as the innovativeness of our companies, the quality competitiveness of our products, as well as qualified staff and a favorable regulatory environment.

Creating a strategy for the building the Polish Economy brand, which will be an umbrella for many promotional activities carried out by our country, we make the market a promise. Which is included in three words, but it applies to many platforms of action and impact. Poland. Business Forward is a promise that is confirmed in reality, because it is based on hard assets – our investment and export values – says Oskar Derych, Director of the Agency’s Strategy and Economic Promotion Department – Poland. Business Forward also reflects our attitude to the tasks undertaken in supporting the inflow of investments to Poland and support in the internationalization of Polish companies. The promotion of the Polish economy is PAIH’s institutional response to the needs of Polish companies. About their expectations and ambitions, the agency’s experts talked with entrepreneurs during the PAIH Business Forum, which took place on October 5 at PGE Narodowy. The event was attended by 4,000 representatives of Polish companies, including, to a large extent, those from the SME sector. The possibility of talks with representatives of PAIH’s Foreign Trade Offices met with such great interest that there were queues leading up to individual stands, and the last talks continued even after the forum ended.
