Additional services
The offer includes the rental of a conference room for the organization of training, business meetings, marketing campaigns, conferences, cultural events. Thanks to our professional service, we can adapt to the individual needs of every customer. We specialize in organizing press conferences with domestic journalists and foreign correspondents.
The Information Centre, at 12 Bagatela Street in Warsaw, consists of:
- main room* for 90 people - recommended for conferences and training. The room is equipped with multimedia equipment, lighting and interpreter booths;
- a large foyer, cloakroom, toilets and a small kitchen.
*It is possible to arrange the chairs in several ways -"cinema", "horseshoe" or "classroom”.
Also available:
- modern multimedia equipment (projector, screen, LCD TV with DVD player, overhead projector, sound system),
- wireless Internet,
- air conditioning,
- interpreter booth,
- catering room,
- technical support.
