An agreement between the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF) and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) have concluded a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by the Deputy Chairman of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority Marcin Mikołajczyk and the Chairman of PAIH’s Management Board Krzysztof Drynda and Member of PAIH’s Management Board Zdzisław Sokal.

The UKNF - PAIH agreement


The purpose of the signed agreement is to establish strategic cooperation, resulting in the development of FinTech financial innovations. This is to enable joint activities, based on mutual trust, the exchange of knowledge between PAIH and UKNF, as well as the undertaking of educational projects.

Future cooperation will consist of the mutual promotion of activities during meetings, educational, sector and business events, including those in the area of financial innovation. These activities are to take place using social media and other communication channels.

Mutual support will concern initiatives under the Innovation Hub Program, as well as promotional and educational activities undertaken in Poland and abroad, courses and lectures on financial innovation and the Polish FinTech sector, including projects promoting achievements resulting from the signed Agreement.

The cooperation will also include participation in meetings with entrepreneurs from the financial sector interested in investments in Poland and consultations to do with their inquiries.
