Opolskie region is located in the South-Western part of Poland, along Odra River, on Silesian lowland. It directly borders the Czech Republic. Industry and agriculture are the main sectors of the region's economy. One of the main advantages of the region is the A4 motorway running from the West to the East (6 junctions), the proximity of the A1 motorway, the S11 express road and the excellent network of roads communicating the region with South part of Europe. Opolskie is at the forefront of the region’s most favourably to foreign direct investments.
