Advantages and successes of the Kraków Technology Park:
- a record number of support decisions issued in 2024 and almost 2 billion declared investment outlays;
- close cooperation with local government units in order to improve the quality of investor service (as part of the projects: Power up your Business in Małopolska 2, Investor service standards in Małopolska and Business in Małopolska. Together for Future);
- many universities, research institutes and global corporations create excellent conditions for the development of startups and technologies, distinguishing Krakow in Europe and the world;
- For over 25 years, the Krakow Technology Park has been co-creating conditions for the development of entrepreneurship. For 15 years, it has been running the Technology Incubator for start-up companies in the IT industry. It supports and inspires the startup community by organizing a number of events that help verify business ideas: workshops, hackathons and conferences. The KTP also has a European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) called hub4industry. It is a comprehensive point of support for small and medium-sized enterprises that want to modernize their production or introduce innovative solutions to their company. We integrate the key technologies and solutions of the Factory of the Future: 5G network connectivity, automation and robotics, IIoT, artificial intelligence (AI), augmented and virtual reality (AR and VR), cloud computing, BIM technology, 3D printing;
- The Krakow Technology Park is the winner of the fDi Intelligence Global Free Zones of the Year 2023 award in the field of special economic zones around the world. The KTP became the best zone in Europe in the Industrial Champion category.
- The total amount of capital expenditure incurred by all the companies operating in the area managed by the KPT since its inception until now: PLN 18.1 billion
- Total employment in the Zone: 38,975 jobs created
