IT LOFT Park in Tychy
IT LOFT Park is a project to adapt former brewery buildings into a Modern Technology Park for IT and graphic design. Besides specialist studios and laboratories, the building also offers high-end office space, characterised by a combination of wood and brick walls. The net office space in the former Malt House building is 4,800 square metres.
Location
Tychy a city of approximate population of 130 thousand residents, situated in the Upper-Silesian Agglomeration-the biggest Polish conurbation, the leader in the field of modern technologies, B&R, a great industrial and scientific centre. Located at the intersection of highways of an international highway E75 Norway-Greece and national roads DK1 Gdańsk-Cieszyn and DK 44 Gliwice-Oświęcim. Civic Brewery has a connection with the main artery of the city leading from Tychy towards Katowice and Bielsko-Biała. Within 400m, there is a train station (PKP) Tychy Główne. The access to the Civic Brewery is simplified by the road signs placed near the main roads around Katowice and nearby cities, leading the way to this monument.
