Poland – the quiet power of the global automotive sector

Optimum choice
However, the Polish automotive industry is not only about parts production. It is distinguished by a combination of attention to quality and detail, precise and repeatable workmanship and innovation by designers and engineers. These factors mean that customers around the world place their trust in Polish manufacturers. Thanks to these strengths, the Polish industry can compete effectively with the world's biggest players - and represent a non-obvious but optimal choice for US customers.
In the context of current geopolitical changes and possible disruption of supply chains from the Far East, Poland can be a reliable and stable partner for the US, offering high quality and competitively priced products. Polish suppliers are increasingly recognised and their growing technical competence allows them to compete successfully in global markets. Participation in the AAPEX is an opportunity for them to better tailor their offering to the US market and strengthen the economic ties between Poland and the USA. I appreciate the initiative of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), which makes it possible for Polish companies to be present at such a prestigious event - says Paweł Orzechowski of the Polish Automotive Group.
Sustainable technologies in the modern automotive sector
Thanks to modern technological facilities and a strong manufacturing base, Polish manufacturers provide solutions that meet the highest international standards. Polish products support millions of users and drive the development of the global automotive sector. Today, the words ‘made in Poland’ are a sign of high quality of car parts, appreciated on every continent.
In an effort to reduce the carbon footprint, but also to optimise costs, Polish engineers are developing environmentally friendly solutions. They specialise in alternative fuel technologies such as LPG, working closely with global OEMs. The Polish automotive sector is a space where technology, experience and innovation come together to build the future of the automotive sector.
Polish companies are developing advanced charging systems, zero-emission vehicles and software for intelligent energy management - from single stations to entire fleets. Not only do they manufacture equipment, but they are also actively shaping the direction of new mobility. They also offer innovative parts and component solutions to take clean mobility to a new level. In doing so, they combine industrial experience with a bold approach to innovation - says Tomasz Bęben, President of the Association of Automotive Parts Distributors and Manufacturers (SDCM).
Polish products at the AAPEX trade fair
Organisations that bring together Polish entrepreneurs in the automotive sector, such as the Polish Automotive Group and the Association of Automotive Parts Distributors and Manufacturers, have been supporting Polish manufacturers in their internationalisation and building relationships with foreign partners for years. In strengthening their international recognition, Polish companies can also count on the support of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, which provides support through its network of Foreign Trade Offices and counselling during the entire process of expansion into foreign markets and strengthens the positive image of the Polish automotive sector worldwide.
One of the activities carried out by the PAIH is the organisation of the Polish national stand during the AAPEX trade fair in Las Vegas, which will also feature representatives of around 10 Polish manufacturers.
A visit to the PAIH stand (c84013, Caesars Forum) is an opportunity to learn more about the potential of the Polish automotive sector. Our stand will showcase companies from the aftermarket sector - in particular manufacturers of parts and emulators, automotive oils and chemicals, car fragrances and accessories such as screen protection films. Polish companies involved in the refurbishment of components, the sale of LPG/CNG gas installation systems and metalworking machinery will also use the stand. We believe that the diversity of their offer will increase the interest of visitors - says Bartosz Ossowski from the European Projects Department of PAIH, coordinator of promotional activities for the automotive sector as part of the Brand HUB project.
More information about the Polish automotive sector can be found in the PAIH information and promotional film and in the industry report.
