PAIH supports Polish yachting industry at Metstrade Amsterdam trade fair

Polish Investment and Trade Agency is organising the Polish national stand at the Metstrade yacht fair (November 18-20) in Amsterdam. This is one of PAIH’s many initiatives under the project ‘Internationalisation of SMEs - Brand HUB’ promoting the Polish yachting sector and supporting Polish entrepreneurs in developing an international network of contacts.

Polish yachts - quality, passion, experience

Polish yachting industry is of growing interest to customers and contractors in Europe and around the world. Companies from Poland combine creativity and a modern approach to boat design with long-standing tradition and experience in yacht building. As a result, Polish shipyards produce vessels of the highest quality, precisely finished and offering innovative solutions, tailored to the needs of enthusiasts of various forms of sailing.

Polish yachts are built by sailors and are created out of a love of yachting. Polish manufacturers accept no compromises in terms of safety, aesthetics and performance. This is how they won the hearts of sailing enthusiasts from all over the globe. It should come as no surprise, then, that Polish exhibitors are largely present at Metstrade Amsterdam, represented by yacht manufacturers, but above all suppliers of services, components, systems and other solutions used in, among other things, the Dutch-made yachts.

Polish National Stand at Metstrade Amsterdam

The Metstrade trade fair in Amsterdam is one of Europe’s most important and largest events for the yachting industry. Its unique business nature attracts suppliers of parts, accessories and services. The event is visited by people in top positions in companies and institutions of the yachting world.

Attendance at these fairs creates opportunities for entrepreneurs to make valuable business contacts and grow their business. It is therefore not surprising that Polish manufacturers are keen to present their offer in Amsterdam as exhibitors, but also through participation in the Polish national stand, organised by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Marine Industry and Water Sports (POLBOAT) - says Aneta Brzuzy, director of the European Projects Department of PAIH.

At the Polish national stand, it will be possible to meet representatives of Polish companies operating in the yachting sector and to obtain a broad and expert knowledge of the potential of the Polish specialised vessels, yachts and boats industry in a broader scope than will be presented at the Amsterdam event. This is particularly important for anyone interested in buying Polish products or establishing business relations with the Polish producers. Visitors will also be able to talk to representatives of POLBOAT, an institution that is the face of the Polish yachting industry and also a member of key European yachting associations: EBI and ICOMIA.

The stand organized by PAIH and POLBOAT is located in Hall 5, in the Polish pavilion bringing together some of the exhibitors from Poland.

The Polish national stand at Metstrade is being set up as part of the project ‘Internationalisation of SMEs - Brand HUB’, the aim of which is to strengthen the positive image of the Polish yachting sector on the global market and support Polish companies in their international expansion.

Polish yachting sector already enjoys a well-deserved worldwide recognition. It has a reputation as a trusted business partner, delivering quality solutions to the market. We are glad that as PAIH we can contribute, among other things through the organisation of Polish national stands, to strengthening this image and at the same time support those manufacturers who are just starting their international cruise - adds Marek Górecki from the European Projects Department of PAIH, coordinator of the sector dedicated to specialised vessels, yachts and boats in the project ‘Internationalisation of SMEs - Brand HUB’.
