Gala summarizing investments carried out in 2023 with the support of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency

The gala began with speeches by PAIH’s Chairman Andrzej Dycha and Deputy Minister of Development and Technology Jacek Tomczak. In their speeches, they unanimously emphasized how attractive Poland is for investing in and doing business in. Following this a presentation on the investments of 2023 was given by Marcin Fabianowicz, Director of PAIH’s Investment Department. In his speech, he presented details as to the value and number of completed investments.
The most important point of the Gala was the Award Ceremony for investors and business support institutions. For significant contribution to Poland’s development and major involvement in the economic promotion of our country. The Awards were presented to:
- Intel in the category of the largest manufacturing investment
- Visa in the category of the largest service industry investment
- Volvo in the category of the largest R&D investment
- Baltic Towers in the category of the largest Polish investment
- SoDa in the category of business support institution
In 2023, with PAIH’s support 74 high-quality investment projects worth EUR 7.4 billion were completed. This is double the 2022 record figures and created almost 20,000 new jobs. The largest number of investment were made by investors who came from the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom.
