More exports and investments, a stronger Polish brand. PAIH’s strategy for 2025-2029

PAIH presented a new strategy that will be the foundation of the Agency's activities until 2029. Priority moves were indicated as, the increase of Poland’s export potential and maintaining the country’s position of an attractive place for investment. The indicated objectives also included the economic promotion of Poland. An important element of the strategy is also to increase PAIH's operational efficiency. The document was based on analyses and consultations with the Agency's experts in all areas of its activity.

  • PAIH's announced strategy is based on four pillars: increasing exports, maintaining the level of investment, promoting the image of Poland and improving business efficiency.
  • The development of our network of Foreign and Regional Trade Offices is planned.
  • The foundation of promotional activities will be the development and strengthening of the Polish Economy Brand, by among other things, building economic patriotism in Poland, increasing its recognition abroad and participating in world EXPO exhibitions.

Even higher exports and investment attractiveness

As part of the intensification of support for exporters, PAIH in the coming years plans to develop both its network of Foreign and Regional Trade Offices . Offices operating on a regional and global scale are to provide a more effective service to exporters as well as information and educational activities. As part of the strategy until 2029, PAIH plans to increase the number of entrepreneurs it supports in their foreign expansion.

The agency also announced an increase in business efficiency, implemented through the development of talents and human capital and building competences unique on the market. It is also planned to increase the use of digital tools and the digitization of processes.

The strategy assumes maintaining Poland's position as an attractive country for investors. This goal will be achieved through comprehensive advice for investors and attracting foreign investments, especially from key sectors of the economy. PAIH will also strengthen Poland's position in the most promising areas, such as new technologies and innovations.

Poland’s image both in the country and in the world

PAIH's new strategy puts emphasis on the economic promotion of Poland, both in Poland and abroad. In the national dimension, its goal will be to build economic patriotism. Abroad, the Agency plans to increase the recognition of our country by supporting and promoting domestic brands and creating the image of Poland as a safe, attractive investment destination and a reliable business partner.

The presented strategy sets the directions of our activities for the next 5 years. The activities provided for in the strategy will be carried out in accordance with the principles of process, design and tool excellence. This will enable us to properly and fully use the resources and potential of the Agency, and will also contribute to increasing our overall business efficiency - said Łukasz Gwiazdowski, PAIH’s Deputy Chairman.

The Agency plans to continue promoting Poland and building a strong brand of Poland’s economy. An important element of the activities will also be the creation of a National brand, which will further strengthen the position of our country on the international arena. One of the tools helpful in achieving this goal is to run international projects such as BrandHUB or participation in World Exhibitions. The successful activities carried out as part of the past and current world Expo’s the great importance of this type of activity as a factor building our recognition, translating into the image of the Polish economy and increasing its export potential.
