Informational clause concerning the processing of personal data for social media

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and 13(2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) we inform that:

  5. pursuit of claims and defense against claims.

Legal basis

The legal basis for such processing of your data is Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, which allows us to pursue our legitimate interest, which in this case is communicating with you and promoting the company's activities, informing about new products, marketing our offers and services, as well as securing against possible claims.

Data recipients

We may share your personal data with other recipients, provided that such an obligation results from legal provisions. As a rule, we do not transfer data to third countries, but if they are transferred, we will apply all the requirements contained in Chapter V of the GDPR.

Storage period

Your personal data will be processed until you are interested in the content presented on the profile. You have the right to object to further processing of your data at any time. In the event of pursuing claims, we will store your data until the statute of limitations expires.
