New Management Board of PAIH
Following the selection process, the Supervisory Board adopted resolutions appointing Artur Osuchowski as President of the Management Board and Dagmara Zawadzka as Vice President of the Management Board. The newly appointed Management Board of PAIH S.A. will take office on 1 July 2026.
The selection procedures were conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly the Act of 16 December 2016 on the Principles of Management of State Property, as well as the rules established by the Supervisory Board in the announcements published on 25 May 2026.
As part of the selection process, the Supervisory Board assessed the candidates’ qualifications, professional experience and competencies required to serve as President and Vice President of the Management Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH S.A.).
