The Industrial Incubator is built in Włostów in the post-industrial area of the former Sugar Mill. It is a complex consisting of 2 modern production halls and administrative building. This place is created for entrepreneurs, production, storage and the development of the local economy.
The Industrial Incubator is one of the largest investment of the Opatów District. It is the foundation for the Świętokrzyskie Center for Agricultural Enterprise.
