PAIH at MIPIM 2023

In March, all the major players in the commercial real estate value chain gathered in Cannes. The event was an excellent opportunity to present the investment potential of countries, cities, regions and special economic zones. Thanks to the Polish National Stand, exhibitors from Poland could promote our country and their offer to thousands of fair participants.

The Polish stand for MIPIM 2023 was created together with PAIH by the Industrial Development Agency, Kostrzyn-Słubice, Legnica and Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, the City of Rzeszów, Lublin, Zielona Góra, Bydgoszcz and the Polish Chamber of Electromobility Development and the daily newspaper Gazeta Prawna. The Polish National Stand was officially opened by Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Development and Technology Piotr Uściński and President of MIPIM Michel Filzi. The opening was also attended by the Consul of the Republic of Poland in Lyon, Hubert Czerniuk and the exibitors.

At the FDI European Cities and Regions of the Future 2023 Awards Ceremony Gala organized by the Financial Times, it was announced that Poland in terms of the number of jobs created, Poland took 2nd place in Europe. Selected Polish cities and regions also received Business Friendliness awards. Among the winners was one of the co-creators of the Polish National Stand - Bydgoszcz.

Another of the events accompanying the Cannes fair was the conference "Poland: Opportunities for International Investors. Latest trends, prospects and challenges" organized by "The Polish Observer". The meeting was opened by Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Technology Piotr Uściński. The Polish Investment and Trade Agency took patronage over the event.
