The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) provides free office space for Ukrainian companies

Russia's attack on Ukraine also hits business, and in particular into small and medium-sized companies from across our eastern border. In the face of war, PAIH organizes support for companies from Ukraine and provides them with office space. From the beginning of March, small and medium-sized companies from Ukraine can conduct their activities from the territory of Polish. PAIH will offer free office space in a building at 12 Bagatela Street in Warsaw.

It is very important to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs in maintaining the functioning of their businesses. We believe that in this way we will help them limit their losses caused by Russian aggression against their country. Stronger Ukrainian business will be one of the foundations for the reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy - said Piotr Nowak, Minister of Development and Technology.

Ukrainian companies can now use the Coworking Ukraine office space in the building at Bagatela Street in Warsaw. The program is scheduled for three months with the possibility of extension depending on the situation.

We understand how important it is to maintain the continuity of work of Ukrainian companies despite the ongoing armed conflict. This will allow our neighbour’s economy to recover from the crisis. That is why we have so urgently prepared a location that will enable them to function comfortably and effectively in Poland. As PAIH, we will support Ukrainian companies that ask us for help - says Krzysztof Drynda, Chairman of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.

The building at Bagatela 12 is located in Warsaw's Śródmieście district, in the vicinity of the Royal Łazienki Park, it is in the vicinity of many embassies, the Embassy of Ukraine among them and many Government institutions such as the Mazovian Voivodeship’s Office. The vibrant area inspires and provides motivation to act, it is also a place of numerous business meetings. As part of the support program for entrepreneurs from Ukraine, will PAIH provides free office space with the necessary infrastructure.

  • Locating a suitable property to run a business from(plots, production facilities, offices)
  • Advise on possible State aid (grants, tax exemptions)
  • Support in contacts with central and local administration
  • Information on the conditions of doing business in Poland
