Sending commercial information under the information obligation

The information on processing of personal data obtained in order to send commercial information by electronic means, pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR):

1. Personal Data Controller
The Controller of the personal data which you provide shall be:

3. Purposes of and Grounds for Processing
The personal data consisting of the e-mail address shall be processed by the Controller for the following purposes:
I. communicating commercial information by electronic means, on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) point (a) of GDPR). The commercial information shall be understood as:
  • subscription to the electronic newsletter;
  • communicating information on the products, latest offers and event organised by PAIH S.A.
II. keeping statistics for internal purposes of the Agency connected with the number of subscribers as a legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) point f) of GDPR).

4. Personal Data Recipient
The Controller may transfer the personal data to operators cooperating under personal data processing agreements, including law firms, and providers of ICT services and technical equipment.

5. Personal Data Storage Period
The Personal Data shall be stored by the time you resign from receiving the commercial information, including the resignation from subscribing the electronic newsletter, whereas in the case of keeping statistics, they shall be stored for the period of five calendar years of the end of the calendar year in which the consent was granted.

6. Rights of the Data Subjects
Subject to the restrictions referred to in GDPR, everyone has the right to:
  • access their data and receive their copy;
  • rectify (correct) their personal data;
  • limit the processing of personal data;
  • erase personal data;
  • lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00 - 193 Warszawa).
Each consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

7. Information on the Requirement to provide Data
The provision of your personal data is voluntary, however, when you decide not to provide your personal data, it will be impossible to send you the commercial information, including the electronic newsletter.
