On 7 December 2007 Bombardier Transportation Polska\nSp. z o.o. and Wojdyla Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. joined the signatories. <br><\/p><p align=\"justify\">WPP is not a business entity but a 163 hectare zone\nlocated on the premises of the former factories of Archimedes, Dolmel\nand Pafawag, whose manufacturing traditions date back to the 19th\ncentury. There are approximately 140 office and industrial buildings and\n19 hectares of roads at the site.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">The ownership\nstructure in the area is complex, with land, properties and roads owned\nby 70 different entities (the biggest ones including DOZAMEL Sp. z o.o.,\nthe Municipality of Wroclaw, Bombardier Transportation Polska Sp. z\no.o., Wojdy\u0142a Inwestycje Sp. z o.o.)<\/p><p align=\"justify\"><br><strong>Location<\/strong><br><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Wroclaw Industrial Park (WPP) stretches on a 163\nhectare area, on the premises of the former factories of Archimedes,\nDolmel and Pafawag with a more than 100-year history of manufacturing.\nThese historical names were used to call the three zones into which the\nPark was conventionally divided &#8211; Archimedes zone (A), Dolmel zone (B)\nand Pafawag zone (C).<\/p>The Park is very\nconveniently connected with the airport (6 km), the Odra river port (4\nkm), a highway (8 km) and the city centre (3 km). It is close to Wroclaw\nbelt highway, the inner city beltway as well as the railway\ninfrastructure, to which the site is connected by its own railway\nsiding.<br><p align=\"justify\"><b><br><\/b><strong>Targets of T-Park<\/strong><\/p><p align=\"justify\">WPP is one of the largest industrial parks in Poland,\noffering comprehensive services and a wide range of production and\noffice areas for lease.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">The idea of Wroclaw\nIndustrial Park is to allow the companies operating on its premises to\nfocus on their core business.
