The area is covered by the zoning plan (which allows to\nshorten time of an investment).<br><br><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Location<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">WSRG &#8211; PPT is located in W\u0142oc\u0142awek &#8211; in the centre of Poland, Kuyavia &#8211; Pomeranian Region, next to Vistula river. Main communication roads are: no. 92 state road, no. 252 state road to Inowroc\u0142aw and A1 motorway &#8211; 2 exits: W\u0142oc\u0142awek North (Brzezie) and&nbsp; W\u0142oc\u0142awek West (Pikutkowo). There is also a railway trail no 18 from Kutno to Toru\u0144.
