The site complies with the standards adopted in\nother European Union countries. Its main features are: convenient\nlocation, modern infrastructure, and professional background services,\nincluding financial support systems.<\/div><div align=\"justify\"><br><\/div><div align=\"justify\">The most important objective of the Lower Silesian Technology Park\nT-Park consists in the creation of favourable&nbsp; conditions for the\nestablishment and development of companies, whose main area of\noperations will be the commercialization of scientific achievements, the\nuse of advanced technologies, adaptation of the outcome of laboratory\nwork, and the attraction of venture capital.<p align=\"justify\"><br><strong>Location<\/strong><br><br>Lower Silesian Technology Park T-Park lies in the south-western part of\nLower Silesia in Wa\u0142brzych agglomeration which has area of more than\n5,750 km2 and has a population of more than 845,000. Its main\nmetropolitan area is the city of Wa\u0142brzych, the second urban\nagglomeration in Lower Silesia after Wroc\u0142aw and the third city in terms\nof area (after Wroc\u0142aw and Jelenia G\u00f3ra). The of commune of Wa\u0142brzych\nis 85 km2, with more than 126,000 inhabitants. The city is located at a\nfavourable meeting point: only 65 km to Wroc\u0142aw, 200 km to Prague, 420\nkm to Warsaw, 390 km to Vienna, and 335 km to Berlin. Key communications\njunctions, such as crossings with the A4 motorway and the future S3\nexpressway, are situated 30 km and 15 km from the city, respectively.\nOnly 20 km separates Wa\u0142brzych from the Czech border; to enter Germany,\nyou only need to go 130 km.
