Thanks to the investments of global giants such as Toyota, Mercedes, Volkswagen, 3M, Umicore or Capchem, not only the automotive and electromobility industries are developing in south-west Poland, but also related industries such as metalworking, plastics processing and the chemical industry, as well as logistics services for these industries. Almost 50% of the companies operating in the WSEZ are representatives of micro, small and medium business. The Wa\u0142brzych Special Economic Zone &#8220;INVEST-PARK&#8221; is especially recommended for locating investments in Europe and appreciated for the quality and comprehensive service provided to entrepreneurs. The WSEZ &#8220;INVEST-PARK&#8221; was also awarded for the dynamics of development of companies that have located their plants in it. First of all, another Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland project gained recognition. Thanks to the investments of the Japanese concern, Poland has become the second center, apart from Asia, producing modern hybrid drives.<br><br><b>Zone map: divided into Voivodships and Poviats<\/b>\n<div id=\"mapy\">\n<div class=\"mapySSE\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"map of Poland\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/0\/147101\/147130.svg\" style=\"padding:10px;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mapySSE\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"SEZ map\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/0\/146901\/146991.svg\" style=\"padding:10px;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<br><b>Advantages and successes of the Wa\u0142brzych SEZ:<\/b><br><div align=\"justify\">\n\n<ul>\n<li>income tax relief of up to 60% of investment costs or 2-year costs of hiring new employees,\n<\/li><li>strategic location in Central Europe, along the most important road and rail communication routes,\n<\/li><li>attractive and large investment properties in south-western Poland, in economic activity zones, including an area of 180 ha prepared for investment in Jawor,\n<\/li><li>offer of lease of existing industrial facilities (factory plants and office space),\n<\/li><li>66% of the population of working-age (specialized employees, academic centres),\n<\/li><li>location consulting and support of the WSEZ &#8220;INVEST-PARK&#8221; company at every stage of investment implementation and during the course of business,\n<\/li><li>developed post-investment care, including thematic clubs for employees of zone companies: HR, Accountant, Exporter&#8217;s Zone (meetings with experts, webinars),\n<\/li><li>a programme of cooperation between vocational schools and entrepreneurs &#8211;
