The area of the SSEZ under the Polish Investment Zone program covers 16 counties in three Voivodeships: Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie and Wielkopolskie. The most important communication routes in this area are: the S6 expressway (east-west), which is part of the International European East-West route E28); National road S11 (north-south). Railway lines No. 202 (Gda\u0144sk &#8211; Starogard) and 405 (Pi\u0142a &#8211; Ustka) run through the area. The nearest passenger airports are located in Gda\u0144sk (R\u0119biechowo), Szczecin (Goleni\u00f3w), and seaports: Gda\u0144sk, Gdynia and \u015awinouj\u015bcie. <br><br><b>Zone map: divided into Voivodships and Poviats<\/b>\n<div id=\"mapy\">\n<div class=\"mapySSE\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"map of Poland\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/0\/147101\/147126.svg\" style=\"padding:10px;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mapySSE\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"SEZ map\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/0\/141001\/141084.svg\" style=\"padding:10px;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<br><b>Advantages and successes of the SEZ:<\/b><br><div align=\"justify\"><ul>\n\n<li>large, compact industrial areas \u2013 extensive and well-connected investment areas intended for industry, production, logistics and services. The land is covered by local spatial development plans and prepared for the development of modern investments;\n<\/li><li>the Polish Investment Zone programme \u2013 under the Polish Investment Zone (PSI) programme, entrepreneurs can obtain an exemption from CIT\/PIT tax for up to 15 years;\n<\/li><li>Northern Poland &#8211; a leader in renewable energy \u2013 the region referred to as the &#8220;RES Valley&#8221; is one of the national centres of renewable energy production, attractive locations for energy-intensive investments and projects related to the energy transition;\n<\/li><li>convenient logistics \u2013 strategic location provides quick access to: the S6 expressway (Szczecin &#8211; Gda\u0144sk), the S11 expressway, the seaports in Gda\u0144sk and Gdynia, regional airports. This is a guarantee of an efficient supply chain and access to domestic and foreign markets;\n<\/li><li>Favourable investment and social climate \u2013 the region offers a stable business environment and high living comfort.
