The value of generated GDP per capita here is higher than the national average. Lower Silesia is home to almost 3 million people, more than 1.8 million of whom are of working age. Investment in the LSEZ is facilitated by its convenient location at the junction of the German and Czech borders, a dense network of constantly developing roads and railway infrastructure providing links to neighbouring regions \u2013 both Polish and European, the high rate of development of the region and the availability of attractive investment areas. During more than the 25 years of the LSEZ&#8217;s operation, companies have invested PLN 12 billion here. They have also decided to employ more than 20,000 people, twice as many as planned. The industry structure of the LSEZ has for years been dominated by the automotive and metal industries.<br><br><b>Zone map: divided into Voivodships and Poviats<\/b>\n<div id=\"mapy\">\n<div
