The Special Economic Zone&#8217;s area includes the following Poviats: Karkonoski, Kamienna G\u00f3ra, Luba\u0144ski, Lw\u00f3wecki, Jelenia G\u00f3ra, Milicki, Trzebnicki, Zgorzelecki, K\u0119pi\u0144ski, Ostr\u00f3w and Boles\u0142awiecki. The basic task of the Zone is to issue, on behalf of the minister responsible for the economy, decisions on support, which are the basis for granting public aid to economic entities in the area under its jurisdiction. The Special Economic Zone for Small Entrepreneurship S.A. in Kamienna G\u00f3ra operates in 63 Communes, including 33 cities in the Dolno\u015bl\u0105skie and Wielkopolskie Voivodships. The area covered is about 800 thousand ha, which is about 2.5% of the area of the whole of Poland and is inhabited by over 800 thousand residents. The Zone&#8217;s area is in the south-western part of Poland near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic. The investment areas are located near important national and international communication routes: the S3 expressway, the A4 motorway and the A18 motorway.<br><br><b>Zone map: divided into Voivodships and Poviats<\/b>\n<div id=\"mapy\">\n<div class=\"mapySSE\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"map of Poland\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/0\/147101\/147117.svg\" style=\"padding:10px;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mapySSE\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"SEZ map\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/0\/143701\/143721.svg\" style=\"padding:10px;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<br><b>Advantages and successes of the Kamienna G\u00f3ra SEZ:<\/b><br><div align=\"justify\"><ul><li>investment areas located in the following Voivodeships: Dolno\u015bl\u0105skie and Wielkopolskie,<br><\/li><li>proximity to the German and Czech borders,<br><\/li><li>developed transport infrastructure (S3 and S5 expressways, A4 and A18 motorways),<br><\/li><li>access to a qualified workforce,<br><\/li><li>a high standard of service for both domestic and foreign investors,<br><\/li><li>a developed region with industrial traditions,<br><\/li><li>competent staff in the SSEMP &#8211; short time of issuing decisions,<br><\/li><li>up to 45% CIT\/PIT exemption,<br><\/li><li>187.5% increase in issued decisions in 2024 compared to the previous year.<\/li><\/ul><div><br><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li>The total amount of capital expenditure incurred by all companies operating in the Zone, from the date of its establishment till now: approx.
