From 2008 to 2019, he served as a member of the Management Board of Ciech S.A., where he was responsible for key development initiatives and sales, significantly contributing to the company\u2019s growth in value and profitability.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Between 2021 and 2024, he was a member of the Management Board at Ege Kimya Poland, where he led the development of electromobility-related projects. Subsequently, from 2024 to 2025, he served on the Management Board of ORLEN S.A., overseeing energy transition and sustainability.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>He has also gained professional experience in banking and consulting at Raiffeisen Bank Poland, EY, and KPMG, where he participated in projects for energy and industrial companies across Central and Eastern Europe.
