Mielec Industrial Park is an industrial area managed by the Agency of Regional Development (MARR S.A.) based on an agreement with the Municipality of Mielec, which is a partner in this project.

Location<\/strong>
<\/p>

Mielec Industrial Park (MPP) is located in Mielec, a city with a population of 65,000 placed in the north-western part of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Mielec Industrial Park (MPP) is spread over two areas: area “A” near the airport and area “B” in the Wojs\u0142aw district, located on the Mielec-D\u0119bica road. The MPP area is covered by the EURO-PARK MIELEC Special Economic Zone, which allows you to benefit from income tax exemptions for activities in the zone.

<\/b>Offer<\/strong>
<\/p>

Mielec Industrial Park offers the sale or perpetual lease of land for the construction of facilities, as well as the lease, sale and rental of newly-built production halls.<\/p>

Plots in the vicinity of the airport in area “A” are intended for investors conducting business activities related to aviation industry, while sections in area “B” will concentrate various industries based on modern techniques and technologies.<\/p>
