The site is situated around the &#8220;W\u0142oc\u0142awek Zach\u00f3d&#8221; A1 motorway interchange in Pikutkowo, making excellent transport accessibility one of its key locational advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The area provides modern technical and road infrastructure.
