The Industrial Incubator is built in W\u0142ost\u00f3w in the post-industrial area of the former Sugar Mill. It is a complex consisting of 2 modern production halls and administrative building. This place is created for entrepreneurs, production, storage and the development of the local economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Industrial Incubator is one of the largest investment of the Opat\u00f3w District. It is the foundation for the \u015awi\u0119tokrzyskie Center for Agricultural Enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Industrial Incubator is administrated by the District Office in Opat\u00f3w.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Industrial Incubator in W\u0142ost\u00f3w is located in south-eastern Poland, in the \u015awi\u0119tokrzyskie voivodeship, Opat\u00f3w district. One advantage is the proximity of national road No. 9 near the Opat\u00f3w bypass connected to the S74 expressway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The area of the Opat\u00f3w district with the Industrial Incubator is covered by the Special Economic Zone “Starachowice” S.A., which allows you to apply for income tax exemption on activities in the zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
