In recent years, in order to strengthening activities aimed at providing professional, compliant with PAIH\u2019s standards of investor service in the regions, the Agency has concluded cooperation agreements with many Municipalities and Cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, PAIH has signed such <strong>agreements<\/strong> with the following Local Governments: Kielce, Bia\u0142ystok, Rzesz\u00f3w, Lublin, Bydgoszcz, Olsztyn, Koszalin, Krosno, Cz\u0119stochowa, Zamo\u015b\u0107, Pi\u0142a, Szczecinek, Radomsko, Piotrk\u00f3w Trybunalski, \u0141apy, Radom, Opole, \u0141om\u017ca, I\u0142awa, Tarnobrzeg, Zambr\u00f3w, Pisz, D\u0119bica, Inowroc\u0142aw, Elbl\u0105g, Suwa\u0142ki, Wa\u0142brzych, Sanok, Mielec, Przemy\u015bl, K\u0119dzierzyn &#8211; Ko\u017ale, E\u0142k, Sieradz, \u017byrard\u00f3w, D\u0105browa G\u00f3rnicza, Toru\u0144, Zawiercie, Bytom, Chorz\u00f3w, Konin, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Skierniewice, Szczecin, Ostrowiec \u015awi\u0119tokrzyski, Zielona G\u00f3ra, S\u0142upsk, Tarn\u00f3w, Che\u0142m, Legnica, Piekary \u015al\u0105skie, P\u0142ock, Skar\u017cysko-Kamienna, \u015awi\u0119toch\u0142owice, Zabrze, Zgierz, Racib\u00f3rz, Gorz\u00f3w Wielkopolski, Stalowa Wola, Be\u0142chat\u00f3w and with the Wroc\u0142aw Agglomeration Development Agency and the Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"shc_232bf41cb8cdc182b42499afa89b2404\" class=\"shc_iconography_def__container\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"shc_232bf41cb8cdc182b42499afa89b2404\" class=\"shc_iconography_def__wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"page__section page__section_iconography my_background_4\" data-section-background=\"light\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"page__section_container\">\n<div class=\"page__section_title text-center\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>A list of cooperating local governments<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"tiles__iconography my_background_4\"><div class=\"my_row\" data-index=\"0\"><div class=\"my_col\" data-index=\"0\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"my_item\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paih.gov.pl\/en\/polish_regions\/regional_cooperation\/boi\/\" class=\"my_link\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"my_icon_frame\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.paih.gov.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/11\/cityscape.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"my_icon\" onload=\"SVGInject(this)\"><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"my_title\">Regional Investor Assistance Offices<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!--\/col-->\n<\/div><!--\/row--><\/div><!--\/tiles__iconography-->\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!--\/container-->\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!--\/page__section-->\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!--\/shc_iconography_def__wrapper-->\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!--\/shc_iconography_def__container-->\n\n\n\n<p>Due to, the growing interest of Local Governments in signing such cooperation agreements with PAIH and the obligations arising from this, currently the Agency cannot fully guarantee all partners the same high standard of service. As PAIH approaches the implementation of its obligations with great care, a decision was taken to limit the number of signed agreements to Presidential Cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Polish Investment and Trade Agency\u2019s obligations under the agreement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>training employees delegated by the City to deal with investor service, preparation of investment offers, promotion of the City&#8217;s investment offer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing Patronage over previously agreed promotional events on economic topics, corresponding to PAIH\u2019s scope of activity, which the City organizes (on each occasion the consent of the Agency&#8217;s Management Board is required);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>as far as this is possible, PAIH will transfer the investment and economic offers prepared by the City to investors and foreign partners, on the basis of equal treatment of all local Governments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Under these agreements, the Cities are obliged to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>create and updating a list of their regional greenfield and brownfield investment sites, as well as available office space and make this information available to PAIH;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creating and updating a list of data by economic sector and a database of enterprises &#8211; exporters operating in the city;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collecting statistical data about the City, according to PAIH\u2019s standards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>joint service of investment projects in the City conducted and indicated by PAIH;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparing and submitting reports to PAIH ,which have been prepared on the basis of the above data, where PAIH may indicate the form and scope of information to be included in such report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The aim of the partnership agreement is to strengthen cooperation for economic promotion and attracting foreign investments to municipalities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Inquiries regarding Cooperation Agreements should be sent to the following e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:monika.zdrojek@paih.gov.pl\">monika.zdrojek@paih.gov.pl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A cooperation agreement with Presidential cities The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) supports regional institutions in the area of economic promotion, which includes the promotion of FDI inflow.
