Besides specialist studios and laboratories, the building also offers high-end office space, characterised by a combination of wood and brick walls. The net office space in the former Malt House building is 4,800 square metres.<\/p><p align=\"justify\"><strong><br>Location<\/strong><br><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Tychy a city of approximate population of 130 thousand residents, situated in the Upper-Silesian Agglomeration-the biggest Polish conurbation, the leader in the field of modern technologies, B&amp;R, a great industrial and scientific centre. Located at the intersection of highways of an international highway E75 Norway-Greece and national roads DK1 Gda\u0144sk-Cieszyn and DK 44 Gliwice-O\u015bwi\u0119cim. Civic Brewery has a connection with the main artery of the city leading from Tychy towards Katowice and Bielsko-Bia\u0142a. Within 400m, there is a train station (PKP) Tychy G\u0142\u00f3wne.
