The Gryfino municipality provides all the technical infrastructure for the Regional Park in Gryfino to operate. As part of the Regional Park in Gryfino, over 330 hectares of industrial land has been designated, of which over 55 hectares is part of the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone.<strong><br><\/strong><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><strong><br>Location<\/strong><br><\/p><p align=\"justify\">The location of the industrial areas, in the immediate vicinity of the road junction of the S-3 expressway, is a key investment aimed at the development of the Gryfino commune and the region. Important road transport corridors (A-6 motorway, S-3 expressway, national road No. 3 and No. 31), railway and water communication corridors run through the commune and in its immediate vicinity.<br><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><b><br><\/b><strong>Offer<\/strong><br><\/p><p align=\"justify\">An entrepreneur who undertakes business activity in the Special Economic Zone operating in the Regional Park in Gryfino is entitled to benefit from regional aid in the form of CIT income tax exemption on two grounds: investment outlays or creation of new jobs.
