The Science and Technology Park in Opole creates a possibility of finding and implementing technological solutions. It also creates favorable conditions for the economic and scientific development of the Opole region by supporting existing as well as emerging initiatives. STP is a place which provides favorable conditions for business development with a special focus on high technology, develops the knowledge-based economy, creates effective links between science and technology, promotes innovative entrepreneurship in an open environment of partnership between science, business and local authorities.

The Science and Technology Park in Opole is located in the Opole subzone of the Wa\u0142brzych Special Economic Zone, in the north-western part of the city. Due to the proximity of the city center, as well as the northern bypass and the A4 motorway, it is a strategic location for such projects. In the vicinity of the STP, there is a Exhibition and Congress Center, the Karolinka Shopping Center and companies located within the Wa\u0142brzych Special Economic Zone.
