{"id":61452,"date":"2022-01-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-23T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paih.gov.pl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=61452"},"modified":"2022-01-24T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-01-23T22:00:00","slug":"20220124-export_support_instruments","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.paih.gov.pl\/en\/news\/20220124-export_support_instruments\/","title":{"rendered":"Export support instruments &#8211; Economic and commercial information, certificate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pursuant to &sect; 7 of the above-mentioned two regulations, i.e. on granting de minimis aid for:<\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li>implementation of industry promotional projects supporting exports (Journal of Laws item 2474) and<\/li>\r\n<li>obtaining a product certificate required for trade in goods on markets outside the European Union (Journal of Laws, item 2471).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/>Applicants are required to attach to the application submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, &#8220;<em>Economic and commercial information on foreign markets<\/em>&#8221; issued by PAIH at the request of the entrepreneur.<br \/><br \/>Detailed information on the activities carried out is available on <strong><a title=\"Ministerstwo Rozwoju i Technologii - Instrumenty wsparcia eksportu\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/rozwoj-technologia\/instrumenty-wsparcia-eksportu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the Ministry&#8217;s website<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/><br \/>In the event of the implementation of an <strong>industry promotional project<\/strong> supporting exports or obtaining a <strong>product certificate<\/strong> required to trade in goods on markets outside the European Union &#8211; the application should be accompanied by &#8211; <em>&#8220;Economic and commercial information on foreign markets&#8221;<\/em> issued by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A.
