The agreement includes substantive cooperation, with representatives of both organisations participating as experts or speakers in seminars, conferences, webinars and other events organised by PAIH or PIDU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement also provides for joint initiatives and promotional activities supporting the development of Poland\u2019s dual use sector. These include the co organisation of business missions, investment missions, B2B meetings, seminars and training sessions. PAIH and PIDU have also agreed to cooperate in organising study visits for investors, meetings and webinars with potential investors, as well as preparing information materials and publications for investors and carrying out joint promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the agreement is to combine PAIH\u2019s institutional capabilities, including its network of Foreign Trade Offices<\/a><\/strong>, and its expertise in export promotion with the specialist knowledge and business relationships of the Polish Dual Use Chamber. This cooperation is expected to provide broader and more effective support for the international expansion of Polish technology companies, help build international partnerships and strengthen Poland\u2019s position in global value chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dual Use at the Ukraine Recovery Conference<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

During the Ukraine Recovery Conference<\/a><\/strong>, a panel dedicated to the sector was also held under the title \u201cDual Use Technologies as a Catalyst of Polish Ukrainian Cooperation.\u201d Aleksandra Lisicka Firlej, an expert from the Investment Support Department of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, took part in the discussion. As a NATO frontline state and a direct neighbour of Ukraine, Poland is a natural partner for Ukrainian dual use manufacturers looking for opportunities to locate or scale up their production in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAIH actively supports this process by offering Ukrainian and other foreign investors, as well as Polish companies, comprehensive assistance, including location advisory services, support in dealing with public authorities, assistance in obtaining government grants and incentives available under the Polish Investment Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cooperation under Brand Hub<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Since 2024, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency has also been implementing a programme promoting Poland\u2019s high-tech security and dual use goods sector as part of the non-competitive project \u201cSME Internationalisation: BRAND HUB\u201d<\/strong>. The project is implemented under Measure 2.26 of the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021 to 2027 programme, also known as FENG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main objective of the programme is to present Polish high-tech products and services in the security and dual use sectors to international partners. The programme aims to promote Poland as a country that manufactures military equipment and dual use goods, offers innovative and competitive solutions, and has strong potential for growth in international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About PIDU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Polish Dual-Use Chamber (PIDU), formally known as the National Chamber of Dual-Use and Defence Solutions, began its operations on 30 March 2026. It is an industry organisation representing companies that develop and manufacture dual-use technologies and solutions for both civilian and military applications. The Chamber supports the development of Poland\u2019s domestic industry, cooperation with public authorities, and the promotion of Polish expertise and capabilities in both domestic and international markets.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n\n\n
