The high value of capital expenditures results from the use of the most advanced technologies and production automation.

The year 2025 has shown the strength of the Polish market. Poland is a stable and modern location for both production and service projects. We are pleased that investors choose Poland not only because of its location and infrastructure, but also because of the availability of qualified staff and growing innovation. Poland is ready for investments – we have a developed network of roads, ports and terminals, access to talented employees, modern industrial parks and an excellent location in the heart of Europe – emphasizes Paweł Pudłowski, PAIH’s Deputy Chairman responsible for investment support.

Polish companies among the leaders in investments

Among investors, the most active were entities from the United States and, what is particularly important, from Poland (15 projects each). This is proof that PAIH also actively supports domestic companies, and not only foreign investors.

A special reason for us to be proud is that the largest number of projects, on a par with the USA, have been implemented by Polish companies. Thus, we debunk the myth that PAIH supports only foreign investors. We are effective in attracting technologically advanced investors – adds Pudłowski.

Poland’s regions are gaining in investment attractiveness

The Mazowieckie Voivodeship (10 projects was once again the most popular among investors), but the data also show the growing importance of other regions: Pomorskie (9 projects), Małopolskie and Opolskie (6 each), Dolnośląskie (5) and Lublin (4).

As the Agency, we want investments to be distributed as evenly as possible across the country. More and more projects implemented in the regions confirm that Poland is becoming multi-centered and that the development potential is noticed not only in the capital. Each subsequent investment means new jobs, development of residents’ competencies and strengthening of the local economy and infrastructure of the region – emphasizes Monika Grzelak, Director of PAIH’s Investment Support Department.

The year 2025 has confirmed that Poland remains an attractive place to locate investments with a diverse profile. Thanks to PAIH’s comprehensive support, both global corporations and Polish companies successfully implemented their investment plans. In 2026, PAIH will continue its activities to support long-term economic development and promote Poland as a strong investment partner.

* * *

About the Polish Investment and Trade Agency

The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) is an advisory institution that is part of the Polish Development Fund (PFR) Group. It is the first point of contact for exporters and investors. It operates both in Poland and through a network of offices around the world. It strengthens the recognition of Polish brands on international markets and promotes indigenous products and services and technological solutions made in Poland. The agency helps companies to choose the optimal path for expansion abroad. It also supports the inflow of foreign direct investment into Poland and the implementation of Polish investments in the country. The PAIH cooperates with the public sector and regional partners, offering, among other things, training, audit and promotion of investment properties, cooperation in the organisation of business missions and communication support for joint projects.
