For three decades, Mastercard has consistently invested in the Polish market, supporting the development of payment infrastructure, fintech and human capital. Over the years the company has been an active partner of many local initiatives. In cooperation with, among others, the public sector and Polish financial institutions, it contributed to the development of digital payments and modern financial solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAIH has had the opportunity to cooperate with Mastercard in many areas. Good relations and common goals make the announced decision to expand the business of special importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New hubs in Poland<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Mastercard focused on development in two key locations in Poland: Warsaw and Gda\u0144sk. Each of the cenres will have a slightly different role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hub in Warsaw will deal with strategic consulting, data analysis, marketing and market research. It is here that broadly understood professional services will be provided, supporting Mastercard customers on many levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hub in Gda\u0144sk will become a centre of technological and financial innovation. The teams will work on modern solutions in the area of fintech and open banking, using advanced digital technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 100 people are currently employed in both locations, and by the end of 2028 it is planned to increase employment to over 300 people in highly specialized positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two centres will work closely together, combining analytical, advisory and technological expertise. Thanks to this, Mastercard will be able to effectively develop its offer in Central and Eastern Europe, and Poland will strengthen its position as an attractive place for innovative investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAIH is an institution that supports the inflow of foreign investments to Poland. It contributes to increasing the presence of companies already operating on the market of modern business services and technologies. The cooperation between PAIH and Mastercard is an excellent example of a dialogue between public administration and business about the need to invest in the development of digital and financial competences. Its aim is to strengthen Polish’s competitiveness now and in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
