This year’s topics were dominated by global megatrends, modern technologies, and the most promising – including completely new – export markets. Exporters and business representatives gathered at the PGE National Stadium discussed, among other things, the need to build national pride in Made in Poland products, the potential for presence in Asian, African, and Middle Eastern markets, and the need to develop the entire value chain within new industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year’s PAIH Business Forum is special because it lasts three days.” We have prepared an even richer offer for the SME sector representatives attending the Forum. They received a significant amount of knowledge, participated in a huge number of meetings, and established many new business contacts. We organized a record number of almost one hundred panel discussions and workshops for entrepreneurs, as well as consultations with a large group of experts from the Agency and event partners. I deeply believe that all the meetings and discussions we participated in and witnessed during the Forum will translate into further successes for Polish exports – emphasized Andrzej Dycha, President of the Management Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As usual, meetings with Foreign Trade Offices generated enormous interest. Representatives from offices in Germany, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Great Britain and Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, Denmark, and the Benelux region reported the most conversations. Other expert stands from the Agency and Forum partners – institutions within Team Poland, Special Economic Zones, and the Ministry of Development and Technology – also attracted many visitors. The most popular sessions were those devoted to pitching skills, relations with China, Polish investments abroad, and expansion to Scandinavian countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the Gala concluding the second day of the Forum, awards were presented to Export Leaders \u2013 companies and managers distinguished by their effectiveness. Through this distinction, the Agency wanted to emphasize the significant contribution entrepreneurs make to Poland’s development by internationalizing their businesses. Investment sites entered in the “Ground for a Medal” contest also received awards – the 16 best-prepared sites were honored, one from each voivodeship. The awards were presented by members of the PAIH Management Board, Deputy Minister Jacek Karnowski from the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, and Deputy Minister Grzegorz Wrona from the Ministry of State Assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third day of the PAIH Business Forum focused on the role of Regional Trade Offices, operating in all parts of Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PAIH Business Forum 2025 was held under the Honorary Patronage of the Ministry of Development and Technology. Partners included: Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), Polish Development Fund, Polish Investment Zone, Kamienna G\u00f3ra SEZ for Small Businesses, Invest Park Wa\u0142brzych SEZ, Krakow Technology Park, Legnica SEZ, Pomeranian SEZ, “Starachowice” SEZ, Warmian-Masurian SEZ, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a SEZ, S\u0142upsk SEZ managed by PARR, Kostrzyn-S\u0142ubice SEZ, Suwa\u0142ki SEZ, and Katowice SEZ. Media patrons included TVP Info, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Puls Biznesu, Wyborcza Biz, and TOK FM radio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the Polish Investment and Trade Agency<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) is an advisory institution that is part of the Polish Development Fund (PFR) Group. This is the first point of contact for exporters and investors. It operates both in Poland and through its network of offices around the world. It strengthens the recognition of Polish brands on international markets, promotes domestic products and services as well as technological solutions made in Poland. The agency helps entrepreneurs choose their optimal path of expansion abroad. It also supports the inflow of foreign direct investments to Poland and the implementation of Polish investments in the country. PAIH cooperates with the public sector and regional partners, offering among others: training, audit and promotion of investment properties, cooperation in the organization of business missions and communication support in the implementation of joint projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
