The Third Forum in Kiev devoted to the Reconstruction of Ukraine has ended
The event was opened by the Minister of Development and Technology Krzysztof Paszyk, Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Oleksandr Porchun, acting Minister for Veteran’s Affairs of Ukraine, Paweł Kowal, Chairman of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine, and Andrzej Dycha, Chairman of the Management Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.
Nearly 350 business entities from Poland and Ukraine took part in the forum. Debates were held with the participation of Polish and Ukrainian business, on the most current challenges for Polish-Ukrainian economic cooperation and Poland’s role in the future reconstruction and European integration of Ukraine.
The fruit of the first day of the forum was the signing of memoranda on cooperation between the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine.
The dominant point of the second day of the Forum was the deliberations of two roundtables, devoted to the energy and construction sectors. The meetings were attended by PAIH’s Chairman, Andrzej Dycha.
The event was co-organized by the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and the National Chamber of Commerce.
