Miraculum enters chinese market

The document concerns cooperation in the area of distribution of Tanita brand products, on an exclusive basis, in China. Miraculum S.A. and the Chinese distributor of cosmetics Zichen, have established in the letter of intent that by March 31 at the latest, will conclude an agreement on long-term commercial cooperation. In March 2018, a Chinese partner's visit to Poland is planned.

As Andrzej Juchniewicz, the head of the Shanghai PAIH office, argues, cooperation is the result of a successful presentation of the Polish cosmetics company on the largest exhibition of import goods in China, namely China International Import EXPO. - In November, Polish companies attracted the attention of Chinese distributors. We had the largest national pavilion from all countries of the European Union, and within it, among others a zone for cosmetics testing, a Polish food tasting zone or a section of Polish video games. This quite quickly was transferred into contracts - says Juchniewicz. An expert on the Chinese market also adds that the agency assisted Miraculum in negotiations with an Asian partner.

- In our opinion, participation in the China International Import Expo was a great starting point to develop a business in China. We know that we have a good product, we are also aware of the importance of the Asian market, which is why we believed that the CIIE November trade fair will be a chance to promote our cosmetics. We strive to use every contact, every opportunity to expand our distribution outside of Poland. Zichen is another important partner with whom we conduct negotiations, which we met in November last year, in Shanghai - concludes Tomasz Sarapata, President of Miraculum S.A.
