IT LOFT Park in Tychy


THE PARK OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FIELD OF IT AND GRAPHIC DESIGN

INVESTOR

MOKWA Group is acting in the Polish market as an investor and developer. Our business activity is oriented towards the acquisition and rental of commercial real estate, in particular office buildings, shopping centres, industrial and logistic buildings, creation of modern technological parks and transfer conditions of technologies and technical services. We carry out projects within the scope of revitalisation of post-urban areas located in the Upper-Silesian Agglomeration.

PARK OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES

Within the monumental Civic Brewery in Tychy, thanks to the private capital and funds from the European Union, we will be able to create the Park of Modern Technologies in the field of IT and graphic design. Apart from creation of specialist workshops and laboratories, the investor’s intent is to prepare a modern office space taking into consideration the companies willing to make use of the potential offered by the Park.

IT PARK in Tychy:

Our strategy is to create, within the IT Park located within the Civic Brewery, convenient conditions  for the transfer of technologies and innovative know-how in the field of: software and information-communicative technologies, multimedia, marketing and technical services.
 
Project is being developed as a result of adaptation of the former malting plant building into modern office spaces and laboratories arranged in a LOFT style of total surface area (over) 8000 m2.
 
This place will establish ideal conditions for the residence and development of companies of the following branches: IT, telecommunication, and widely understood multimedia appreciating the availability of specialist tools of their work as well as comfort and prestige of localisation.

CITY

Tychy a city of approximate population of 130 thousand residents, situated in the Upper-Silesian Agglomeration-the biggest Polish conurbation, the leader in the field of modern technologies, B&R, a great industrial and scientific centre. Located at the intersection of highways of an international highway E75 Norway-Greece and national roads DK1 Gdańsk-Cieszyn and DK 44 Gliwice-Oświęcim.

Civic Brewery has a connection with the main artery of the city leading from Tychy towards Katowice and Bielsko-Biała. Within 400m, there is a train station (PKP) Tychy Główne. The access to the Civic Brewery is simplified by the road signs placed near the main roads around Katowice and nearby cities, leading the way to this monument.
