Finance and Logistics Office

Office performs its functions through separate organizational divisions:

  • Administration Division
  • Property Management Division
  • Finance and Accounting Division

The tasks of the Finance and Logistics Office are in particular:

  • administrative and IT services for the Agency
  • preparation of draft financial plans of the Agency
  • conducting financial accounting, tax and management support of the Agency
  • preparation of financial reporting, tax, management and other documents necessary for the functioning of the Agency, including structural funds and money from other public funds
  • cash flow management
  • organization and control of financial flows, in particular control of the financial plans and budgets
  • property management
  • conducting affairs in the field of work safety, fire protection and technical protection of property of the Agency
  • keeping of the archives
  • keeping the other cases assigned by the decision of the Board.
